« Последний ответ от Антей_83 Июня 10, 2026, 04:52:46 pm »Вже минуло трохи часу від тих днів коли я збирав цей перетворювач для свого мультиметра DT-838 , але все ж таки вважаю , що ця тема ще актуальна і зараз
Хочу поділитися з вами схемою та конструкцією цього перетворювача , можливо хтось захоче зібрати його для свого мультиметра .
Схема перетворювача напруги побудована на широко відомій мікросхемі МС34063 і об`єднана вона на одній платі разом з модулем зарядки HW-168 , все розраховано так щоб перетворювач напруги можна було встановити на місце 9-ти вольтової батарейки .
Живиться перетворювач від звичайного Li-ion акумулятора зі старенького мобільного телефону , щоб акумулятор не розряджався в тестер потрібно вмонтувати вимикач живлення , який буде відключати живлення від перетворювача напруги . Акумулятор приклеєний до корпусу на двосторонній скотч , так він надійно тримається .
Замість двох світлодіодів , які стоять на модулю зарядки акумулятора , я встановив один двоколірний світлодіод , просвердлив для нього отвір в корпусі мультиметра і вивів його назовні , світлодіод потрібно ставити щоб він був з загальним анодом .
В схемі присутній підстроювальний резистор R4 - за допомогою його можна підстроїти вихідну напругу (напруга регулюється в діапазоні 4,5В - 12,5В) .
Дросель L1 можна ставити з індуктивністю 47-100мкГн , резистор R3 номіналом 560 Ом - 820 Ом , конденсатор С3 підійде і на 47мкФ-220мкФ х 16В , для меньшого споживання струму від акумулятора R6 і VDL1 за краще взагалі виключити зі схеми , що я й зробив )
По фото можна роздивитися де та які елементи розташовані на друкованій платі .
Якщо не знайдете резистор R2 на 0,47 Ом то замість нього можна поставити перемичку , схема все одно буде нормально працювати .
